✅ You must inspect the bath upon delivery by pulling the cardboard away while the driver is present.
✅ If there is any damage, do not sign for it – return it with the driver immediately.
❌ Once signed for, the bath is considered to be in perfect condition, and no damage claims or returns can be accepted.
🔹 Signing for the bath waives your right to claim for damage later, including any 30-day statutory return rights for damaged goods.
This policy is in place because we cannot claim for damage once the bath has been accepted. Please ensure a thorough inspection is carried out before signing.
